We stand behind every order with a quality guarantee. If we don't deliver content that meets our stated standard, we make it right — with a revision or a refund. We keep this policy simple and transparent because we believe you deserve to know exactly where you stand before you pay.
To request a refund or revision:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours (business days). Approved refunds are processed immediately and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Every order includes a set number of free revisions based on your plan:
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests outside this window may be declined or charged at an additional rate.
A revision request must specify what needs to change. Vague requests ("make it better") that don't identify specific issues will be interpreted at the writer's discretion.
We ask that you contact us at support@humanquill.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback dispute process allows.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
